LEVEL 2 SELF DEFENCE WORKSHOP

 Build on the skills you learnt in the Level 1 Workshop, including

  • Further ground defence
  • How to defend against common attacks
  • Fighting tactics and thought processes
  • Further striking
  • Scenario training

Instructor: Australian Military Unarmed Combat (MUC), Special Forces Close Quarter Fighting (CQF) and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) trained.

(It is helpful, but not essential to have done our Level 1 Course beforehand)
