When being deployed to various places around the world we would often have minimal equipment to train with. Not having any equipment or even space to train was not a good excuse not to train. It became a challenge to become more creative in devising training sessions based on what was available. The following list of “100’s” are a group of workouts devised to be simple and challenging. They can be adapted to be conducted anywhere with minimal equipment. In terms of functional fitness and mental resilience training it is good to expose yourself to long arduous training sessions which include a variety of movements and techniques. Many of these workouts include high-repetition exercises and bodyweight movements which assist in developing power-endurance and strength.
